Maddadgaar will not be liable for the content that is posted by its users on this website whatsoever, However, Maddadgaar reserves the right to delete any content that is found to be offensive and/or illegal and/or defamatory and/or untrue and maddadgaar reserves the right to take legal action against the owner of such content. Maddadgaar is not liable for any information provided by the users on this website however, maddadgaar does get an undertaking signed by each of its users stating that the information they have provided is true to the best of their respective knowledge, maddadgaar;s liability ends beyond that in case of misrepresentation or fraudulent activities by its users. Donor: The person who is donating charity without any intention of getting anything in return from the recipient
